About

I am an experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Originator licensed to do business in California, Nevada, and Arizona.  My current focus is on providing comprehensive guidance to seniors who would like to pursue lending products that offer them financial relief. I can offer my clients extensive expertise in the complexities of senior lending, along with support and guidance throughout the process.    

Before joining HighTechLending Inc doing business as American Senior, I held positions as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Originator at Mutual of Omaha and Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC.  At both companies, my focus was on helping seniors pull equity from their homes utilizing reverse mortgages.  

Working for American Senior Lending enables me to offer a broader range of senior lending products to provide financial support to seniors.  Senior lending products now go beyond reverse mortgages, and I am so happy to be able to offer these cutting-edge solutions to my clients.

Beyond my professional career, I take an active role in my local community to further develop my leadership skills and to network with others in the community to share my insights and experience with senior lending and retirement planning.  I serve as a Committee Chair at ProVisors and chair the Volunteer Committee as an Ambassador for the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. I’ve held positions as Secretary, Immediate Past President, and President of the Board of Directors at the Peninsula Estate Planning Council.  I was involved in Rotary, serving as a Membership Committee Chair and previously as Sergeant-at-Arms for the San Mateo Rotary Club. 

My career journey reflects a commitment to helping clients navigate important financial decisions, particularly within the senior market, while also fostering strong professional and community ties. I actively leverage my LinkedIn site/network to share insights and experiences with others who are connected to the lending industry.

On a personal level, I have a strong family bond and love spending time with my kids and grandkids.  I enjoy cooking and throwing parties with friends and family.  On my days off, I have developed a new passion for paddleboarding on the many beautiful lakes that exist in this area.
